Trell - Affiliate Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead, proactively resolve affiliate inquiries, tracking issues & concerns.
- Understand and figure out how to maximize output (GMV) through pick and choose and onboard the right influencers.
- Guide the discussion on product integration in influencers' content.
- Coordinate and manage expectations in terms of quality and timely delivery from influencers as well as from Trell.
- Plan association keeping long-term goals in sight.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to negotiate the best possible terms and establish commercial and strategic agreements with influencers.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate campaigns and maintain target ROI.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing.
- A good understanding of the online social media market.
- Well connected in the Performance marketing space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with maintaining professional relationships remotely.
