TrekW - Manager - Costing & Budgeting

This role is pivotal in driving cost reduction strategies and implementing robust costing systems and will be responsible for maintaining budgeting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing standard costing and activity-based costing systems providing relevant MIS reports.

Key Requirements:

1. Implementing standard costing and activity-based costing systems, performing product costing and raw material costing, and conducting cost-benefit analysis.

2. Ensuring adherence to budgets, tracking expenses, and conducting physical inventory checks, maintaining cost records, interacting with auditors, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

3. Facilitating the annual budgeting process, coordinating financial planning activities, evaluating Capex proposals, and conducting budget meetings.

4. Maintaining costing and budgeting reports for the Plant, ensuring the high-level accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports

5. Ensuring accurate and timely SAP updation on FICO for all costing processes and activities, and monitor the quality of updation on SAP by the Plant team

Qualifications required:

1. Desired candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant (ICWA)

2. 4-6 years of experience in costing working in any manufacturing plant as a mandatory
