Job Description : In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead Online Marketing, build Online Brand for Treemendous.in, SEO, Performance Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Product Marketing, Services Website and Email Marketing. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, planning, executing 360 degree marketing campaigns for Treemendous.in. You will define both the long-term strategy and short term plans to achieve the vision and deliver business results. The ideal candidate will be innovative, should have experience in building online presence for companies from scratch, and an effective communicator. Role and Responsibilities : - Take end-to-end ownership of Online Branding and Marketing for Treemendous.in - Optimizing and executing effective online marketing campaigns across different channels to meet set KPIs. - Effectively manage budgets across all digital marketing operations. - Needs to come up with Innovative Online Marketing Strategies - Build web-based content deliverables for campaigns - including, but not limited to; emails, web pages/sites, landing pages, banner ads and social posts - We are on the lookout for a candidate who can deliver on online marketing strategy, planning, and executing across online different marketing channels - Monitor web, email and social engagement metrics (via reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics) - Use data driven insights to optimize emails, web pages, social posts and user funnels to continually improve the customer experience - Drive and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across digital channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to support business objectives, whilst prioritizing the customer experience Basic Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in online marketing, search marketing for a consumer brand, and retailing - Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others - Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs - Bachelor's degree from top colleges in a technical field preferred (Science/Engineering). - Hands-on experience with paid marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, etc.) - Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that paid social and organic content play within Job Location : Bangalore Current Location : Should be currently Working in Bangalore
