Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from requisition intake to offer closure.
- Proactively source, identify, and attract top-tier candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend compelling offer letters, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth offer acceptance process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand and attract diverse talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven expertise in various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, passive sourcing).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
