- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to manage B2B client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring query resolution and tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pitching new ideas to existing clients
- Manage client databases and schedule meetings.
- Handle proposals, agreements, and follow-ups.
- Track sales progress and ensure timely action.
- Generate MIS reports and provide insights.
- Maintain records of client interactions and service outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in the B2B service industry.
- Experience in the financial, legal, or professional services sector is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
