Responsibilities: - Working closely with OTAs (Online travel agents) to drive up sales - Fostering good relations with the online travel agencies - Taking care of property launches on the agent portals. (manual configurations on extranet + coordination with transformations and other relevant stakeholders) - Sales led operational tasks. Enable quick resolution of operational issues with OTAs.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations - Enable participation in dedicated promotional events with OTAs - Service interventions (Coordination of special requests, refunds, etc) - Ensure content compliance on OTAs - Maintain a track of OTAs performance.
