About the role: In this very critical role, you will be leading the entire voice support team for Treebo. This team plays a very important role of ensuring that all of our guests have a stellar voice support experience with us. You will be responsible for driving all relevant inputs and outcome metrics for this team. Responsibilities: - Oversee overall operations for the team - Drive all relevant input and outcome metrics for this team - Utilise technology as an important driver to achieve the desired outcomes. Drive automation and self-serve for management of guest query and requests. - Keep the team motivated at all times - Design, develop and deliver training modules, response templates and guide/ coach the team on all aspects of written/verbal communication to meet the quality requirements for both process improvement and product introduction - Coordinate across multiple functions to identify and fix bottlenecks that hamper efficiency and experience - Own crisis management and ensure relevant closures are met efficiently - Analyse optimum resource planning and maximise productivity - Evaluate performance of team by tracking key call center metrics - Conduct regular workshops to empower team members such that they are equipped adequately to resolve guest queries and escalations - Hire, train and onboard new folks and establish full floor readiness - Be the voice of Treebo guests and provide feedback to the rest of the company Requirements: - Proven work experience as a contact center manager or relevant role - People management experience with ability to effectively manage, set team goals, develop people to their highest levels of performance, and manage through challenging managerial situations - Analytical bent of mind - Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written is a must - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Professional experience with optimization, processes, systematic organization, program/project management will be a big plus - Willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organisation Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
