In this cross-functional role, you- ll be able to learn a lot. Our growth hacker will be part of the performance marketing team, but will work closely with product management team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for thinking, conceptualising and end to end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues - Responsible for Product Improvements to improve User onboarding & retention - Find, analyze and implement third party tools to help achieve a faster time to market - Obsess about the consumer thereby generating consumer insights using primary and secondary research and attack the consumer problem with relevant hacks - Analyzing the data and users feedback. - Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias - Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow KPIs and which metrics to focus on - Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, design, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric - Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of the business - Scaling and Automating the growth hacks to achieve higher revenue Requirements: - Innate interest in learning about consumer behavior through both numbers, qualitative data and primary research - Being data-driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. - Proven record of being able to think and implement growth hacks - Knowledge/experience in digital marketing is a must - Being relentless in pursuit of growth - Inherent curiousity and creativity are a plus - Being performance and result-oriented - Willing to learn About Treebo : About Treebo - India's top rated hotel chain ( 300+ Hotels, 55+ Cities, 6000+Rooms) Founded in 2015, Treebo Hotel's is India's 3rd largest hotel chain and operates in the budget segment of the hospitality industry.
