The Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for utilizing creative sourcing and recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates in Analytics and Technology . This position establishes and maintains strong partnerships with key functional leaders and Hiring Managers to forecast current and future recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting strategies that tie into business objectives. This position manages full-cycle recruiting and the selection process for business-critical positions from senior level to entry level Analytics and Technology hiring. Responsibilities: - Client management - partner with hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs. Become a deep subject matter expert within your assigned client group. - Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing. - Team Management - lead a team of experienced, high performing recruiters. Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion. - Analysis - Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, clients, and candidates - Initiatives - play a critical role in leading important organizational initiatives beyond the scope of your day to day position. Requirements: - Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager with 3-4 years of experience in Analytics, Technology and Data Science hiring. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques - Proficient in the use of social media and job boards - Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles - Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases - Excellent communicator - Strategic thinker Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree/PG with 12+ years of recruitment experience - At least 4 years of experience in People Management - At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing - At least 4 years of experience in Client Management. Any experience in US hiring is also welcome.
