We are looking for Head of Marketing who will lead the marketing team and spearhead all marketing activities, working alongside the leadership team and the sales team.

Our Location : Tredence Analytics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. No.180, 2nd Floor, Mfar Silverline Tech Park, EPIP Zone, Whitefield Industrial Area, Bengaluru 560066.

Core Requirements of the Role:

7 years since our inception, Tredence is entering a hyper growth phase and is looking to triple both its revenue and employees over the next couple of years. As we target both the right set of clients to acquire and the right skillsets to deliver, Tredence is looking for a head of marketing who will focus on defining and building the Tredence brand both from an employer and a service provider perspective. This will require both prior marketing and business experience and acumen, a proven ability to guide the entire marketing team towards the goal as well as a high level of ownership.

As a Head of Marketing you will :

- Carry out market research and recommending trends and relevant strategies to play into the space.

- Develop a relevant analyst relations strategy with analysts in Gartner, Forrester etc.

- Build the PR strategy for the company and lead the agency to drive activities

- Guide the creation of content in line with the media/digital/ business requirement.

- Collaborating with internal teams and media persons to bring out compelling stories.

- Ideating, conceptualizing and executing Internal and external Branding activities.

- To partner closely with the product development, sales and technical account management to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity.

- Have a good knowledge of SEO/SEM and website management.

- Work closely with the sales team to generate marketing qualified leads through targeted campaigns.

To be a Head of Marketing you need :

- An MBA in Marketing

- 10+ years in marketing functions, especially in B2B marketing

- Some experience in leadership positions in the marketing organization

- Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and executive communication skills.
