About Our Client

A rapidly growing MNC bank is now looking to set up an FX sales team across multiple cities (Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore). With an unprecedented story of growth, this is a great opportunity to establish oneself and grow in a meritocratic environment.

Job Description -

(i) Manage derivatives portfolio of large corporates and institutions including large PSU banks, private banks and financial institutions

(ii) Execute end-to-end transactions including structuring, pricing, negotiation and deal closure

(iii) Work closely with legal, risk and compliance for specific customer requirements

(iv) Identify market opportunities and update clients with market views and suitable products

(v) Conduct workshops & presentations for clients to better understand markets and risk-reward profile of the products

(vi) Lead and mentor junior dealers

The Successful Applicant

- Will have 5 - 7 years of experience across the FX Sales space

- Have a solid network which can be utilised for future business

- Be a proactive, consistent performer who can excel in a meritocratic environment
