Treasury Role - Working Capital/Funding - BPO/KPO (5-7 yrs)
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT
SHOULD HAVE ON SITE TRANSITIONS EXPERIENCE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support Treasury Manager in leading the corporate funding initiatives of the company for working capital funding requirements and long term funding requirements
- Support Treasury Manager in Managing and developing Bank relationship
- Indicative responsibilities would include taking initiatives and supporting raising Term Loans from financial institutions, Capital and Bond issuances, Corporate Ratings, Asset-backed lending facilities
- The candidate should be able to independently lead discussions with the bank when required, support due-diligence requirements, review and negotiate facility documents commercially.
- Financial analysis and Modelling
- Providing Management Information and analysis
- The candidate would be required to support other areas of Treasury Operations as a backup as and when required including Cash management and Currency Risk management
KEY CHALLENGES:
The key challenges would be to support fundraising in challenging the business environment and be able to do a financial analysis of the complex business. Commercial acumen and legal bent of view would be required in facility documentations
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferred minimum of 5 years experience in corporate finance including experience in corporate funding projects of similar nature
- MBA Finance/ACCA qualified
- Candidate with knowledge in risk management, cash management, and other treasury functions would be preferred.
