Treasury Role - Middle Office - NBFC (6-9 yrs)
- Timely preparation of ALCO meeting presentation with all necessary to dos, managing all research work related to ALCO
- Preparation of finalisation of Investor presentation and deck.
- Ensuring renewals of Bank Borrowings - Resolving all queries within TAT, providing financial and non-financial information to bankers for assessing the credit assistance to company, renewal of existing Term Loan / Working Capital facilities at competitive rates.
- Fresh Bank Borrowings - Vetting Loan Documents, resolving credit queries, representation for modification in sanction advice.
- Tracking economic and regulatory changes to present a detailed financial impact
- Create, Track and monitor market risk benchmarks for investments
- Competitor's analysis of Borrowings and Cost of Funds
- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, Insurance companies and Corporates to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding
- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes
- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct
Eligibility Criteria for the Job :
- Experience Preferably 6-9 years
- Education Preferably MBA / CA / CFA
- Skills & Competencies - Strong Understanding of NBFC
- Good in understanding financial ratios and analysis
- Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
- Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics
- Proficiency in MS Office
