Treasury- MiD/Front office

- Independently handle borrowing and documentation for Loans and NCDs ; most critical requirement

- Interaction with Trustees, Legal Counsel etc.

- Understanding of regulations/RBI policies/SEBI regulations etc. and updating on the same.

- Documentation of treasury transactions.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The position undertakes Treasury middle office activities including coordination with various internal departments for data / information, various post disbursement compliances and audit and reporting requirement.

EXPERIENCE:

- 7-10 years of experience in Treasury

- Relationship Management skills

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills

- Excellent analytical skills including strong understanding of numbers

- Strong team player
