Responsibilities -
- Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management - Liasoning with banks / MFs / institutions for borrowings, ALM Management, Liasoning with IPA,
- NSDL, RT, arrangers, rating agencies for rating surveillance -
- Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments -
- Answering credit queries from Investors/ Lenders -
- Covenant tracking/ monitoring -
- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management -
- Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable) - Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies -
- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies -
- Preparing management and board reports -
- Facilitating Due Diligence and execution of documents for term loans, CP, NCD
