Treasury Role - Fund Raising (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending application (meeting banker, potential debt investors) for arranging borrowing for the company
- Working closely to execute money market and capital market deals
- Interact with bankers to negotiate and close transactions/deals
- Reviewing and finalization of borrowing documents
Investor Relations :
- Handling various queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stakeholders
- Preparing various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies
- Setting up meetings with existing and new investors to help in broaden and deepen the investor base
Borrowing Management :
- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes
- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors
- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation, Information Memorandum and other standardized documents
- Complying and meeting all borrowing and other stake holders covenants and compliance
- Ensure the timely repayment/payments of all the borrowing of the company.
Banking Relation :
- Liaison with banks for transactions, availing CMS facility, any other facility required time to time
- Ensure to Update of Compliance and Authorized Signatories time to time
- Ensuring cash and bank controls by reviewing of Bank Reconciliation Statements and other related activities
Cash Flow Management :
- Perform all activities in the absence of the Cash Flow manager including sharing daily MIS on borrowings and Sanction.
