Treasury Role - CA

Technical Skill Set:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience as a Dealer in a Bank / Corporate Treasury / Mutual Fund

- Sound practical knowledge of Forex and Fixed Income markets

- Experience in managing Fx forwards & options books/products or fixed income investments

- Strong grasp of macroeconomics, fundamental, and technical analysis

- Understanding of RBI / FEMA / FIMMDA / FEDAI Guidelines and foreign currency accounting standards

- Knowledge of Risk Management principles and ability to optimize within the organization's Risk Management Policy

Experience Range:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience

Must-Have Competencies:

- Understanding of risk management objectives in corporate treasury

- Ability to understand correlations and form a cross-asset view

- Proactive in Hedging, Exposure Management, and Fixed Income markets

- Strong communication skills to maintain rapport with market participants

- Good business acumen, fast analytical mind, and eager learner

Good-to-Have Competencies:

- Knowledge of FAS and IFRS Hedge Accounting standards

- Exposure to Integrated Treasury Management platforms

- FRM / CTP Certification

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and policies

- Experience in money markets and instruments

- Trading experience in interest rate markets

Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Strategize FX Hedging operations and execute along with Fixed Income dealing

- Liaise with economists, bank corporate desks, and maintain healthy rapport with market participants

- Maintain communication with other teams in the Treasury Process Chain

- Provide Currency/Fixed Income views to Treasury Head and team members

- Assist in strategy development or lead specific tasks

-Conceptualize innovative hedging strategies and identify profit-generating opportunities

- Analyze financials of corporates/banks to shortlist investment opportunities
