Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;: - Treasury - Payable Team - ERP and MIS. A. Treasury Related : 1. Liaison with bankers for Investments based on tenure and volume 2. Coordinating with bankers for renewal of limits. 3. Scheduling availability of funds for meeting operating expenses and CAPEX 4. Maintaining of Liaison with bankers and Account Maintenance 5. Monitoring of compulsory conversion as per RBI guidelines and advice appropriate strategies. 6. Publish funds position report to management &amp; holding company on daily basis and advice for fund movement between bank accounts, various subsidiaries &amp; branches in overseas 7. Publish weekly cashflow report entity wise and currency wise . B. Accounts Payable &amp; MIS : 1. Daily publishing of daily funds position report, monthly funds requirement, handling vendors &amp; handling auditor's queries. 2. Verification and Authorization of Vendor Bills, Advances and Reimbursements of expenses to employees. 3. Maintain Prepaid Expense Schedule and post the expense based on accrual &amp; Accrued Income Recognition for Interest on Fixed Deposits. 4. Monitoring, verification of Accounting &amp; Reconciliation of Company corporate card &amp; Imprest cash. 5. First level verification of TDS &amp; GST payable. 6. Reconciliation of Inter group balances on Periodic basis &amp; vendor balance confirmation. 7. Manage the payables Team and ensure the payment will be executed as per SLA. C. System &amp; ERP Related : 1. Administrator and control of NetSuite data security. 2. Raising &amp; tracking the request of new features by preparing change request document with the implementation partner &amp; Responsible for testing &amp; rollout of new features by providing validations in features and solutions for development to implementation partner. 3. Interaction with support partner and single point of contact to support partner. 4. Implement possible automation in data entry to save time and roll out of standardized reporting in ERP. D. MIS &amp; Reporting Related : 1. Review &amp; providing provision of expenses not incurred based on historic data. 2. Preparation &amp; Verification of various schedules as required by Management &amp; Auditors based on requirement. 3. MIS reports to be prepared as required.- Treasury, Payable Team, ERP and MIS.
