Treasury Operations Role - Family Finances - Manufacturing Firm - CA (10-15 yrs)

Responsibility:
- End-to-end management of a manufacturing org's family office
- Manage family trusts and legacy planning
- Create a comprehensive fund allocation strategy in line with the financial planning, cash management and risk appetite
- Manage external wealth managers and vet their investment vehicles and recommendation
- Lead an internal team of analysts to identify debt and equity instruments to invest in
- Find and analyse alternative investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with all portfolio companies and fund houses at a working and senior management level.
- Continuously monitor holdings and prepare intuitive reports that give a wholistic view of the portfolio performance
- Maintain and Management asset allocation in line with IPS and annual planning to ensure risk-profile based risk-reward is considered whilst taking decision.
- Provide Research based recommendations to management to finalize deployment on a timely basis to take advantage of market movements. Advisor feedback must be taken and presented along-side the recommendations.
- Work with advisors to ensure that deployments are done as per their recommendations and post our review and understanding the of the rationale and in line with IPS
- Work with stakeholders in treasury (banking team) and family office accounting team to understand cash flows and plan deployment accordingly while accounting for exigencies.
