Treasury Manager

- NBFC / Treasury experience 3 years plus (must)

- Liasioning with Banks for fundraising / loan facilities

- Experience of preparation of IM in relation to private placement NCDs and other market borrowings disclosure norms

- Handling CP issuances end to end

- Covenant monitoring and compliance of banks

- Managing audit in relation to bank finance

- Preparation of stock statements

- Experience of preparation of CMA, financials and understanding on financial parameters

- Handling queries of banks in relation to proposals

- Good communication skills
