Treasury Manager - FMCG/Retail - CA

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations:

1. Manage and optimize cash flow on a monthly and quarterly basis.

2. Handle collections, forecasting, and cash flow management.

3. Ensure efficient working capital management.

4. Banking and Debt Management:

5. Oversee banking operations, documentation for loans, and stakeholder management in NBFCs.

6. Manage debt-based financial operations and strategies.

Treasury Automation:

1. Drive automation initiatives to improve treasury processes.

2. Leverage M1 platforms, trade platforms, and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Asset Liability Management (ALM):

4. Develop and execute ALM strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for treasury and financial management.

Domain Expertise:

- Extensive experience in treasury operations, banking, and loan documentation.

- Knowledge of NBFC operations and stakeholder management.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with M1 and trade platforms for treasury management.
