Treasury Manager - FMCG - CA

- Liquidity Management, Controlling movements of funds within bank & cash management with the intent of minimizing interest cost & Bank charges

- Managing Accounts payables by interaction with all stakeholders & Continuous follow up on collection from the Sales finance team

- Preparation of Cash flow Forecast its Analysis & Variance analysis with actuals

- Liaising & negotiating with banks for raising fund based non-fund based limits, Continuous negotiation on margins/spread &interest rate, covenants, Security

- Ensuring timely renewal of Bank sanction proper credit lines from banks and timely borrowing is done

- Timely submission of FFR I & II, Stock statement, Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure, CMA

- Co-coordinating with Front office dealing room for better rates for all currency inwards & outwards

- Ensuring hedging of foreign currency exposures & Maintain Underlying register (Import & Export)

- Monitoring Ratio Analysis, financial Covenant in line with Benchmark

- Issuance of Bank Guarantee and other Collaterals facilitation, records and control

- One time projects as required by management e.g. acquisition, Capex Tracking

- Monthly presentations to Management and Board of Directors that supports decisions.

- Automation of Day to Day work by implementing Treasury management System

- Managing the Monthly/ Annual closure of books, and generation of various MIS & completion of all statutory audit requirements

- Expert knowledge in Corporate Finance and general financial processes, compliance with all the laws.

Desired Candidates:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Well versed & working knowledge of SAP, Banking Compliance, Due Diligence, RBI, FEMA guidelines, Companies Act, Income-tax Act and various ways of Financing Long term / Short Term.
