Treasury Manager - Dept & Securitization - FinTech

We have an exciting role with a fastest growing Fin-Tech based in Mumbai for Treasury Manager - Dept & Securitization . Looking from NBFC\'s only and must have 2 to 3 years of relevant in same role.

ROLE:

- Management of Cash flow & working capital cycle.

- Treasury Management - Handling Treasury functions viz. optimum availability of funds for companys working capital and tracking utilisation of funds requirement for short term & long-term need.

- Coordination with accounts and other cross functions in collecting the relevant data and information.

- Competitor Analysis.

- Investor and Lenders relationship management - Dealing with investor and lenders on an on-going basis.

- Preparation of various reports on an on-going basis based on the requirements from the lenders/prospective lenders/investors.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS for the lenders of the company and submitting the same to them on a timely basis within the given due date.

- Adhering to the compliances with respect to the lenders of the company and tracking the same.

- Preparation of the monthly MIS related to Treasury Management.

- Fund Raising meeting the potential lenders and sharing the info required for getting approvals for loans, relationship management with lenders, coordinating with legal team for documentations for new loans and closure of loans.
