Treasury Lead - Automobile (10-13 yrs)
Responsibilities, role, task & duties of position:
- Preparation of Financing initiatives including short/term financing facilities, forecasting of funding and hedging requirements
- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
- Evaluate & Execute various Financing initiatives to minimize cost of borrowing, improve working capital of the organization, credit exposure etc.
- Monitor and manage MGI's bank relationships and liquidity management
- Direct cash flow projection
- Drive system / process improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- C.A. / MBA from premier institute and having more than 10 years- experience in treasury function.
- Experience in driving initiatives to optimize funds planning and Risk management, Direct cash flow projection, dealing with Banks
- Good understanding regarding Forex risk management, hedging and other financial instruments.
- Drive system / process improvement
- Dealing with Banks
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team Experience of Business Planning (Preparation of Balance sheet and Indirect Cash flow projection) is added advantage.
- Knowledge in Direct & Indirect taxation will be an advantage.
