- Compostable paper for making bags (carry bags, bakery bags, sachets)

- Our client's brand revolves around manufacturing the best wrapping grades of papers in India.

- They are India's 1st Manufacturing B Corp and also one of the only 7 public listed B-Corps in the world. They've also been awarded Top 10 environmentally sustainable company by the B-Corp organization.

- Our client in 1981 started production of low grammage kraft grades. Today, they have shifted their focus towards producing compostable packaging solutions.

Job Description :

- Our client is looking for a reliable Treasury Head to manage the organization's financial aspects from cash management to corporate finance.

- Senior management will also depend on you to report and analyze relevant information.

- They expect candidates who are experienced in financial management and swear by regulations.

- You should also be well-informed of financial planning processes and have a strong ability to report and explain issues to management.

- The goal will be to protect the company's finances to guarantee the long-term success of the business with the help of fundraising.

Responsibilities:

- Assume responsibility for cash management procedures

- Manage the company's investment activity and make decisions

- Assist in the development of financing strategies

- Maintain relations and liaising with banks/ financial institutions and rating agencies

- Provide advice in matters of corporate finance

- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures

- Fundraising activities to grow and maintain the business

Requirements:

- Years of Experience: 5-8 Years of experience

- Education: CA / MBA Finance

- Industry background: Preferably Manufacturing Industry

- Potential current industry: Any Process Industry

- Exposure: Exposure in Financial Management / Treasury and Fundraising

- Fundraising of 100 Crore + (As a team member or as an individual)

- Working Capital Management knowledge

- Operating and functional knowledge of all Banking Instruments

- Financial Management - Including Working capital assessment and fund management

- Understanding of the Project financial and their management

- Profound knowledge of Rating and Co-ordinating with Rating Agencies

- In-Depth Knowledge of Forex Management

- Working Knowledge of SAP

- Background from a Manufacturing Organisation will be added advantage

- Must have handled team size of 2/3 Persons
