- The role exists within the IRR Treasury who are responsible for providing monthly analysis and review of all IRR (Interest Rate Risk) exposure across both Asia Pacific and EMEA. Responsibilities include

- Responsibilities include

- Supporting team lead in the analysis of market risk metrics across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions

- Analysing material movements to understand underlying issues and providing concise explanations

- Identify potential process improvements and capabilities to enhance consistency, transparency, and reliability

- Communicating issues identified to impacted parties and implement corrective action plans

- Providing analysis to aid with the production of data quality metrics and information packs to internal and external clients

The position is within the Finance Risk Infrastructure (FRI) Management Reporting group and is an opportunity to foster a deep knowledge of multiple Risk, Treasury, and Finance disciplines. This role requires a high level of exposure with senior partners across the Risk Management, Corporate Treasury, Finance, and Technology providing the successful candidate to enhance and develop their communitive skills.

Person Specification:

Knowledge / Experience:

The role will allow for development in the below areas, but any existing experience would be highly desirable:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the finance services industry with strong experience in Risk or Treasury business

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts

- Excellent product knowledge

- Ability to identifying areas that require remediation and working with partners across an organisation to successfully plan and implement the solutions

- Highly motivated with the ability to multi task productively

Skills:

- Strong data analysis skills is essential

- A high competency level with VBA, SQL, Powerpoint. Additional programming and knowledge and advance Excel skills a plus

- Highly motivated with the ability to multi task productively

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels across departments and geographic centres

Qualifications:

- Degree or post-graduate Qualification: MBA / Masters / PhD / Finance / Accountancy / Other

Competencies:

- Build strong working relationships across various departments within the organization

- Ability to work on prioritize when working on multiply projects or deliverables
