Brainstorming and co-creating solutions & strategies for : - Travel-related problems - Continuous involvement in iterative experimentation for validating - Hypotheses & product ideas - Developing PRDs, detailed documentation and other support materials that empower stakeholders to better understand existing/ new products - Working with engineers and designers on driving product implementation - Regularly updating key stakeholders through all available channels, and driving all aspects of an agile product development release cycle - Defining & enforcing quality testing requirements for each product (Web, iOS & Android) - Monitoring daily/ weekly/ monthly metrics for concerned products and reporting sudden influx or dip, followed by RCA for change - Measuring the effects of implemented product changes. Required Skills : - Domain knowledge, or at least 3 months experience in a similar position or in the area of user experience design, conversion optimization, interaction design, product analytics, user research etc. - Good problem-solving (understanding of problem space, hypothesis-formation, decision making) skills - Understanding of interface design - Strong motivation for learning and self-development - Efficient time-management - Effective communication skills - Creative mindset with a growth hack mentality
