You would be accountable for:

- End to end ownership of digital marketing for Travello

- Defining the digital marketing roadmap, approach, the choice of media and channels for Travello across all geographies

Role, Responsibility:

- Envision, Plan, Create, Expand and Optimize hyper-local, regional and national Facebook and SEM campaigns (including search, display, video, app)

- Create a well-reasoned hypothesis and execute, and manage experiments to test those hypotheses

- Become familiar with all sources of growth data and quickly pull, integrate, and analyze data as needed

- Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure PPC tactics are aligned with overall marketing strategies and are together driving lead and conversion goals

- Implement successful bidding strategies, optimization techniques, effective keyword management, monitor - revise - and conduct ads and landing page tests bi-weekly

- Communicate weekly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis

- Maintain up to date knowledge and insight regarding best practices, new emerging trends and any new game-changing events in the field of SEM

Skills:

- 4-5 years of work experience in digital marketing

- Experience of running digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns in the e-commerce industry is preferable

- Experience in running performance marketing campaigns delivering growth and ROI at scale

- Expert in running Product catalog ads, Dynamic Ads, Re-engagement campaign, App acquisition, Video, Programmatic and Affiliates

- Solid knowledge of web and mobile attribution, online marketing tools, analytics platforms, and best practices

- Excellent analytical and campaign management skills

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

- Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute is preferred
