We are looking for a F&A head.

Job Description of Accounts and Finance Head

- Financial MIS - P&L, CF, BS preparation

- Monthly weekly MIS Preparations

- To take overall ownership for the F&A function and team members

- Ensure all Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, Transfer pricing, Income tax etc.)

- Constant interaction with Promoters and Investors, when needed.

- Identifying gaps and building robust processes

- Leading the budgeting effort and cost savings initiatives

- Review of Financial Statements

- Managing relationships with Banks, CA and CS.

- Reviewing day to day compliances

- Works with other department heads in the company, When required

- Implements internal audit findings

- Coordinates secretarial activities and all paperwork related to that

- Required knowledge of Tally, TDS, GST, Excel and Accounting Entries (Journal etc.) is required.

- B.Com, MBA or Semi-Qualified CA (Articleship completed)

- Trustworthy with access to bank accounts, payments etc.

- Person with zeal to prove oneself
