The success in this profile means promoting and selling national and international holidays to travelers and corporates. JOB DESCRIPTION - The incumbent shall provide its customer and clients with the best travel (tour) package deals offered by us. - To ensure generation of revenues by Selling Holiday Packages (FIT) for a domestic and outbound tour (Europe / Southeast Asia / Middle East Destinations) - Generate sales through leads, - Convert inquiries received via: - Emails, Chats, Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls - Initiate and customize the travel plans as per the needs of the customer. To open new revenue stream by Securing new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care. - To pitch to corporates (B2B) for corporate tie-ups and Business Travels - Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION - Good convincing power - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of different countries and their tourist spots - 3 to 6 years of experience in selling Holiday Solutions (Packages) for B2B and B2C - Graduate / PG in Travel and Tourism with certification in a course by IATA would be an added advantage - Come, be a part of the passionate Travelxp Team Type : Full Time Location : Mumbai Since this is a mid-management level role candidates with experience from travel and tourism background should only apply for this profile.
