Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the growth KPI and to be able to grow the start up to 10X. Be the key owner for growth from marketing perspective.
- Devise and implement a robust digital marketing plan to support our growth objectives.
- Coordinating and ideating with various media agencies such as media buying and social/digital agencies
- Develop strategy to increase online traffic multi-fold. Leverage a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC etc. effectively to maximize conversion and ROI.
- Work with product and engineering team to drive brand awareness and adoption, by spearheading various campaigns.
- Aware latest trends and techniques in digital marketing for growth hack.
- develop both long-term and short-term growth hacks to drive new user and retain them.
- Plan and run A/B and Multivariate test to find best use case.
- Continuously innovate to provide foundation for continuous growth.
- Actively participate in the development of Business Plan / Communication strategies
- Recommend and lead the implementation on improvement initiatives.
