We call this- Information for Good Roles & Responsibilities : The incumbent is responsible for : - Responsible for increasing the absorption and usage of TransUnion CIBIL Limited products and Solutions - Will work additionally on operational aspect of product management to ensure successful (post sale) transition from - sales- to - Customer delivery- to deliver and nurture positive customer experiences - Develop sales pitch and assist sales in presenting the solution. Responds to customer queries as needed, interfaces with IT. - Actively support sales efforts by providing expertise and consultative services to uncover new opportunities, create compelling value propositions and ultimately increase our win rate - Leverage skillset and consultative approach to increase success of new and more complex solution sales. - Sell/position solutions that are aligned to our strategy and our capability set to deliver; limit - whiteboard- custom solutions; sell solutions that are good for our customers and good for TransUnion (profitability) - Focus on the customer first and assemble solutions to meet their specific needs vs. focusing or over-emphasizing a specific product or service; help customers understand and communicate their needs and deliver solutions to address those needs Education Qualification : - MBA from preferably top 20 B-Schools, OR MA(Economics) / M.Stat from top 10 institutions; Graduation in Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Commerce from top-Tier colleges - 7-10 years of Product Manager experience in Analytics, Product Technology, Banks, Consultancy - Knowledge of Retail banking/Commercial Banking Industry would be an added advantage. - Hand on experience in applied statistics would be added advantage. Skills and Competencies : - Proficiency: possesses expertise in their domain area of focus; recognized as a subject matter expert - Efficiency: ability to generate significant output with minimal waste and direct supervision - Aggressiveness moves quickly and takes a forceful stand without being overly abrasive. - Process and detailed oriented individual with experience in project planning and management - Experience in financial services/Banking. - Strong analytical abilities - Self-driven and having ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on strict deadlines. - Should have an eye for detail, and should be proficient in creating and managing documents - Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
