TransUnion - Director - Infrastructure

Job Description :

- Lead the GCC based GE&O teams (via dotted line reporting structure) across all infrastructure domains. Domains include operations, server, storage, network, database, middleware, EAS, EUC, Global Decision Edge support & engineering, etc.

- Responsible for developing the strategic plans in alignment with the GE&O global domains, reporting on progress regularly, and providing that strategic direction to the GIC based teams.

- Oversee talent screening, developing and retaining staff, appraising performance, planning, assigning and directing work, ensuring time-sheet & training compliance, team shift coverage, resolving conflict, holding staff accountable, rewarding, and building strong engagement.

- Develop and deliver monthly performance report- status, progress, risks, metrics and dashboards that track the overall performance for the organization.

- Ensure infrastructure services are being delivered in accordance with global standards and within agreed upon SLA's, including up-time goals of 99.95% and 99.92% for the US and International.

- Responsible for building and fostering strong relationship global infrastructure leaders. Ensure strong alignment exists between GE&O global domains and GCC infrastructure teams.

- Actively participate with peer leadership across all regions to develop & maintain strategic direction aimed at driving operational improvements.

- Accountable for financial planning for GE&O within the GCC - including CAPEX and OPEX planning, accurate invoicing, and financial business plans.

- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvements of in region infrastructure processes and tools.

- Identify and execute continuous quality improvement plans aimed at delivering operational excellence.
