Dynamics of the role:

TU Global Technology center is the global in-house center of Transunion based out of India. We are accountable for delivering and supporting service delivery and technology infrastructure services functions to Transunion teams based out US, Canada, Latam, Africa, APAC and India in an One Team global delivery model. The Delivery Head will be one of the delivery leadership roles in the TU GTC providing oversight to the end to end spectrum of service delivery

Position Description

- Member of TU GTC India Regional Leadership team

- Responsible for ownership of Service Delivery function from TU GTC and maintaining relationships with domain and technical leadership in US and/or regions

- Ensure quality and on time delivery of projects and enhancement of existing applications executed from the TU GTC

- Work with global technology leads to support innovation, ideation & leverage evolving technologies to identify opportunities of efficiencies and driving business excellence to deliver additional value to TU

- The position is responsible for leading an offshore India based team of approximately 150-200 employees in the near term

Required Skills/Qualification:

- A minimum of 15+ years of related work experience, including managing technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise technology settings in an in-house center as well for service provider set up

- Experience with the global service delivery model. This should include procuring and managing third party supplier and partner arrangements

- Should be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning discussions with senior stakeholders in TU on an ongoing basis

- Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes- Agile, Continuous Integration Delivery tools and experience with broader technology functions

- Experience of working in a large organization with a matrix environment with an understanding of financials

- Skilled at managing technical teams comprising technical architects, leads and developers to influence and guide their communications, customer skills, and technical delivery outcomes

- Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO-1 and CXO-2 levels. They must be comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders and must be persuasive and influential

- Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, create the blueprint for business transformations and present solutions

- Establishes partnerships, communicates across the organization, fosters collaboration and negotiates effectively

- Education from premier engineering institutes preferred
