Business Development / Sales Management :  - Consultative selling to the potential Members - to understand member needs, problems, and offer value-added solutions  - Forecasting sales, developing - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness  - Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships  - Meet personal and team sales targets.  - Support Joint Vice President - Sales in achieving Company goals with regard to this area.  Client Relationships / Account Management :  - Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads  - Attend the meeting, sales events and pieces of training to keep abreast of the latest developments and updates.  - Liasoning with financial institutions and all other potential Members of TransUnion CIBIL, take full accountability for any concerns raised by members and resolve it.  - Ensuring complete and accurate data submission from Members by working closely with Operations team for reducing data rejection and improving data quality  - Working closely with Members and internally, to ensure that the Members get exceptional service from TransUnion CIBIL  - Maintain very strong business relationships with Members, by optimal use of CRM tool to give excellent client experience  Qualification & Experience required :  - Graduate in Engineering. / Com. / Eco. And an MBA in Marketing / Finance from a reputed Institute (ideally from top 20)  - Ideally, Assets side experience with a Bank or an NBFC is preferred  Competency & Skill required :  - Extremely strong Customer focus  - Self-motivated, ability to manage day to day activities without supervision  - Excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills  - Very strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities  - Good planning and organizing skills  - Lots of energy and passion for achieving targets  - Project Management Skill handled more projects & driving strategic initiatives  - Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
