We are looking for a creative HR Learning Partner who embodies excitement and passion. The individual will be strong in collaborating with managers and associates to embed the organization values &amp; beliefs. This role requires someone who can turn ideas into reality and deliver initiatives with substantive business impact. You will report to the India Head of HR and will work closely to curate and execute Organization Development (OD) &amp; Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) initiatives. Role &amp; Responsibilities - Deliver organization development programs to support the organization strategy - Accountable for the day to day performance of L&amp;D. The role holder will be part of the development and implementation of Group / Regional learning programs, systems and processes. - Deliver programmes and initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent proposition, managerial capability and overall development of associates (might be skill / role specific or otherwise). - Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the Group. - Deliver just in time sessions to support the organization's Performance Cycle for Goal Setting, Coaching, Feedback Performance Reviews and Engagement (and other sessions as required) - Network effectively across a matrixed organizational structure, building relationships across the group in order to ensure that the service delivers relevant, value-added solutions. - Execute all Learning related COE projects in the Region. Managing operational requirements related to the execution &amp; measuring success of the role - Determine training plans, calendar and budgets based on the organization staffing plans for the year and frequently review it with the business heads and or HRBP. - Create, develop and maintain course materials, facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals. - Ensure periodic reviews of program and its contents to ensure it remains relevant to the purpose. - Timely reporting/metrics to all stakeholders on training managed and also determine measures of success of each Training programme. - Create and maintain data base of employee training profile, capturing total training hours of each employee and the training attended in different categories. - Training Vendor identification and management for any external training as per business need. Experience and Skills - MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (full time 2 years) from a premier institute or a degree in Organization Psychology is a must. - 6 years plus of relevant work experience as a Learning / OD Partner in a fast paced matrixed organization covering the aspects mentioned in the role &amp; responsibilities. - Experience in Human Resources and developing/scaling learning programs. - Experience working in a high-tech or a Product firm, entrepreneurial environment. - Strong in designing of interventions / frameworks and execution. - Be comfortable in a matrix organization.
