Basic Accountability Statement : - The Product Manager for Marketing Services in India would be primarily responsible for management and development of Marketing Services products in India to help cater to TransUnion members, such as Banks, Insurance, Telco, Fintech, etc. This new vertical of Marketing Services is focusing on a wide array of initiatives including but not limited to Customer Acquisitions, Activating Marketing Channels, and Managing end to end Customer Fulfilment for Financial Institutions. - The individual will be responsible for creation of new solutions to identify TU's play in the Customer Acquisition domain and create solutions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to provide a best in class experience to TU members and Customers at large. Creating workflows, leading cross functional teams, managing intricate processes, identifying benchmarks in the market and creating new ones by TU will be the hallmark of success for this role. She/ He will also work with the sales team to identify and target new customers while ensuring the best possible service to the existing client base. - As part of a global organisation, the individual will be required to work with the global Centre of Excellence to enable the adoption of best practices and the localisation of global products while advancing the common company goals. - She/he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring to work across several teams and even geographies, while working with the core management team on the best way forward to help achieve our collective goals and establish TransUnion as the true leader in the Marketing Services space. Duties and Responsibilities : - Own all Marketing Solutions from a product perspective - Product - Help identify potential points where TransUnion can look to create new solutions based on evolution of data based Marketing Trends, Customer Acquisitions, mandate of credit bureau and other industry data. Incumbent is expected to understand different functions and stakeholders at TU. A combination of big picture thinking and seamless execution at the ground level. Create process maps, test POCs, and ensure processes are being followed in committed TATs. - Solution Development and Customer Management - Work with the technology team to plan for annual solution development/enhancements and releases; Analyse outputs from existing solutions in an ongoing manner to provide feedback internally as well as externally on the effectiveness of solutions; Ensure the publishing of regular reports Qualifications : - MBA from a Premier B-school preferred but not mandatory - Minimum 9 years experience in a BFSI domain. At least 3-4 years in product management/ portfolio management/ Acquisition Marketing function in the lending/ credit vertical of a bank / credit institution Skills : Strong understanding of Acquisition Marketing/ Product Management/ Customer Acquisitions in BFSI space&nbsp; - Prior experience of working in Banking and Insurance space is preferred - Ability to understand different businesses and sectors to identify pain points in the same - Strong relationship building capabilities - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills - Should be a self-motivator and a good team player. - Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with constantly evolving requirements
