Dynamics of the role - - Core Consumer Credit Product Management team is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing existing products to ensure their wide adoption and increase market share. Adapt globally successful TransUnion products for Indian market across core consumer credit segment. The role will lead a team of product managers and work closely with internal local & global stakeholders like IT, Operations, Finance etc. to maintain and execute against product roadmap that delivers increased customer value, efficiencies & functionality aligned to global solutions and Center of Execellence. How you'll contribute - - Define & execute the core consumer credit product strategy working with both internal & global stakeholders to deliver the 3 year growth for Transunion in India. - Lead a team of product managers and be responsible for execution of product roadmaps for products allocated to each associate. - Responsible for new product ideation and creation of buy-in across the organization. - Presenting go to market plans for each product with specifications, target market, business opportunity and challenges for approvals from the management committee. - Assist with gathering customer feedback on product efficacy, performance, enhancements, etc. - Manage the product development queue and process; sizing, compliance approval, prioritization, etc. - Responsible for overall product usage tracking, training, maintaining sales collateral and enhancements to increase usage - Manage the P&L for the existing core consumer credit products while delivering and executing against a plan for delivery of new products to drive incremental growth above and beyond current projections. - Serve as an in-market ambassador by adopting and adapting product and strategies to better enable and connect sales, IT and delivery teams to drive product adoption and deliver longterm, happy customers. - Work closely with the sales team to increase pipeline, average deal size and win rate of opportunities; Assist global & local team in actively developing and pursuing go to market sales strategies; Support sales by providing additional sales tools, assisting with account planning and participating in sales conversations as SME - Develop comprehensive sales training plan to increase awareness of our solutions and effectiveness of sales - Build strong relationships with head of strategy team, IT, Support, Operations and Sales team to enable creation and approval of business requirement documents. What you'll bring - - MBA from top 10 B-Schools - 12 - 13 years of experience in Consultancy, Analytics, Banks preferably in product management roles - Knowledge of Retail banking is a must.
