Job Title: AVP - Consumer Services - Escalations

Reports To: Nodal Officer

Role & Responsibilities

He/She will be responsible for :

- Oversee all processes under Escalations (Consumer & Commercial) - RBI, Management, PG Portal. GoI, NCH, Grievance etc.

- Responsible for TAT & Quality for all processes under Escalations

- Define and review processes onsite and at vendor site from time to time

- Root Cause Analysis, Identifying Process Gaps and implementing areas of improvement

- Team Management - Coaching and Mentoring the team, ensuring team is achieving its goals

- Vendor Management - Drive SLA- s, Capacity Utilization, Performance and Support

- Identify and implement measures to improve Consumer Experience

- CSat surveys

- MIS - Regulatory and Management as per defined frequency

Qualification :

- Graduate / MBA in any stream

- 10 years relevant experience in a similar job function in BFSI sector

Skills and Competencies Required :

- Written communication / drafting skills a must

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Adherence to Timelines and Quality conscious

- Ability to deliver under pressure and meet stringent timelines

- Attention to detail and ability to draw inferences from data / MIS

- Skilled in process mapping

- Strong logical, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in Team Management & Vendor Management

- Self-driven and having ability to work in an agile & fast-paced environment
