Job Summary:

Execution and management of 360 degree corporate communication function at TransUnion CIBIL to include Media

Relations, Social Media and Online response management, Customer/ Member Communication and Consumer Education

programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Media relations management support and coordination

- Supporting the management of TU CIBIL Social Media platforms and Online Response Management process

- Drafting and customizing content for various media platforms- online portals, newspapers, social media, event speeches, presentation decks, videos and brochures

- Corporate Event management support and coordination

- TransUnion CIBIL Consumer Education Program support and Coordination

- Managing vendor interactions for company communication related activities, for e.g. interaction with Social Media Agency /PR agencies/ Event agency/Printers for high level output

- Perform any other activities as may be required

Education Qualification:

- Prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Media management, Corporate Communication

- Post Graduate in Mass Communication or MBA in Marketing

Skills and Competencies:

- Experience at managing media relations / Social Media platforms of Finance companies

- High quality writing and content development skills and experience

- Understanding of business media and journalism in India

- Presentation and negotiation skills

- Requires excellent communications skills

- Positive attitude and eye for detail

- Pleasant personality and positive & helpful attitude

Key Stakeholders:

Need to liase with all the Department of TransUnion CIBIL & TUSSPL
