Job Summary: - This individual will be responsible for supporting definition, maintenance, and execution of TransUnion CIBIL's India strategic planning process as well as new business development efforts for the India business. - Strategic planning support would involve formulation of geography business strategy; building plans to align Analytics and Decisioning business strategies, definition of metrics and tools for measuring strategy execution, governance of strategic initiatives, as well as ad-hoc strategic assessments. The individual would get the opportunity to work very closely with the India Leadership Team, as well as with the International Strategy & Planning (S&P) Team of TransUnion CIBIL. New business development support would involve identifying, exploring and fleshing-out select opportunities via build / partner / buy route, which would make strategic sense for the India business to pursue. Roles & Responsibilities: He/She will be responsible for - - Ensure all communication messages related to strategy, priorities, and metrics are aligned and accurate - Support the Head of Strategy to act as the central point of contact for the geography for building internal and external presentations and communication of 3-year plans. - Synthesize, analyze and assimilate strategies from discussions to create presentations reflecting the business strategy on behalf of executive management - Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to identify priorities, metrics and track progress on strategic initiatives identified in the 3-year plan - Actively support new business activity where required - Perform other related duties as assigned by your Head of the Department Education Qualification: - Graduate & Masters in Business Administration from Top 5 B-schools - 5- 9 years of prior experience in Consulting, Strategy & Planning with Consulting firms / Corporates in BFSI domain Skills and Competencies: - Excellent written and oral presentation skills (since making PPTs will be a key part of this person's overall day-to-day work) - Strategic Thinking (ability to see the big picture, and break down a problem into its component parts) - Excellent communication skills - Strong presentation and negotiation skill - Knowledge of business operations and procedures - Need to liaise with all the Department of TransUnion
