TRANSSION - Manager - Product Management - LED TV Segment (8-15 yrs)
Excellent Opening for Product Manager (LED TV's) - Itel Brand at Transsion Holdings at Noida Sec- 142.
1) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: - HA Product Management Incumbent is responsible for management of Product Strategy, Product Pricing, New Product Launch, Product Positioning, Sales Management, Demand Analysis & Forecasting, Sales Margin, Managing Product Performance, Competiton Benchmarking, Production Sales Inventory Forecasting for the Itel Brand TV.
2) Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Manage the whole Product Planning and execution for the ITel Brand- TVs.
B. Closely Working with Global GTM & IMC teams for driving the readiness of new models for India.
C. Lead the IMC and align with cross-function teams for the creation and execution of the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Plans.
D. Define product positioning for the new TVs by highlighting its core USP.
E. Develop product marketing guidelines for the new models launch for respective teams to follow in the whole launch campaign to drive an effective GTM strategy.
F. Basis product PLC planning, work with cross function team for tactical marketing campaign management and monitor execution to ensure business objectives are achieved.
G. Liaison with multi-level marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign communication across all mediums.
H. Lead the new models launch GTM for plan and align with internal and external channel partners.
I. Post evaluation of GTM & marketing campaign for new models to understand the efficacy of the campaign and corrective action plan during the PLC and upcoming models plan.
J. Identify gaps pertaining to the project management system and devised a process mechanism to ensure smooth project execution.
K. In line with product roadmap & AOP, align with the marketing and HQ team on annual business volume and marketing plan.
L. Regular market visits, competition tracking and deliver key insight to the management.
Required Candidate profile : -
A. Experience & understanding of Product Management in LED TV.
B. Exceptional knowledge of Product Strategy, Product Pricing, New Product Launch, Product
Positing, Sales Management, Demand Analysis & Forecasting, Sales Margin, Managing
Product Performance, Competiton Benchmarking, Production Sales Inventory Forecasting.
C. Strong project management, presentation skills.
D. Excellent business acumen, management, and problem solving skills
E. Analytical & problem solving skills.
F. Excellent Communication skill.
