Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
1. Annual Manpower Planning, TA budget, TA strategy etc.
2. Experience in Digital, Social Media and E-Commerce hiring shall be an added advantage.
3. Talent Partner to the businesses
4. Competition Mapping, Engagement on Social media
5. End to End Recruitment (All levels) for all Mobile Phone Brands Itel, TECNO, Infinix and accessories brand - Oraimo.
6. Managing the Recruitment life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
7. Responsible for Pre- Joining & Offer rollout (Salary Negotiation, Background Verification, Reference Check).
8. Responsible for Recruitment Budget and Salary Parity in organization.
9. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (IJP).
10. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting, marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, manpower planning, etc
11. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open needs and pro-actively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
12. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
13. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
14. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HRBPs with hiring and employment data. May
develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
15. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open Jobs.
16. Responsible for Monthly MIS of Recruitment.
