TransOrg - Specialist - Digital Analytics

We are a niche player in Big Data, Predictive Analytics and Web platform Development. We're looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist, in the experience range of 2-7 years, who is willing enough to work with a growth-oriented organization, where the incumbent will get an opportunity to work with brilliant minds and will experience a fun-packed ambience in our Gurgaon office.

What did you need to excel in this role?

- Hands-on experience of Adobe Campaign.

- Exposure of Adobe Analytics(Omniture).

- Experience of Google analytics (Premium)

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Preferred

- Adobe certified professional with SQL/SAS/R or Statistical Modelling experience will be preferred.

- Strong strategic, analytical, business management and communication skills.

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex & fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft office.

What you'll do?

- Responsible for running campaigns and identify the areas of improvements to provide a better user experience.

- Exploring data and building reporting model for campaign analytics, which will drive company decisions.

- Understanding data and creating key findings and recommendations.

- Collaboration with various business stakeholders in scoping out analytics implementation for new initiatives.

- Responsible for testing various ideas and coming up with the best solution/design using various analytical tools.
