Overview:

This position is for " Lead - Big Data and Cloud" who will be responsible for leading TransOrg's BigData and Cloud vertical. The Lead will be required to design scalable and robust distributed computing infrastructure for clients either on-premise or on-cloud using latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Design & implement data pipelines using technologies from Hadoop EcoSystem, and AWS/Google cloud.

- Benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them

- Clearly articulate the pros and cons of various technologies and platforms

- Document use cases, solutions and system architecture

- Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing the solution

- Be able to creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Interact with clients and convert the business problem into system requirements

- Lead a delivery process across multiple client engagements

Education & Skills Summary:

- 5-7 years- experience in building analytics solutions with 4+ years- experience in Hadoop, Spark and Data Analytics using cloud technologies

- Experience in delivering data pipelines using Cloudera or Hortonworks distributions

- Experience is delivering data pipelines on AWS or Google Cloud

- Good knowledge on frameworks like Spark, Beam, Flink, HDFS, Hive, HBASE

- Good knowledge of SQL

- Must have knowledge of tools like Sqoop, Flume, Talend, and Kafka

- Candidates having knowledge of Machine Learning will be preferred

- Experience in product development is a must
