What your day will look like at TransOrg?
- End to end responsibility of recruitment cycle from sourcing, short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling, and negotiation.
- Leveraging fully alternative hiring sources like LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs.com and other job boards and portals to source quality talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Compliance with recruitment guidelines and adherence to approval processes.
- Generate and maintain timely reports to facilitate effective business decision making.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Conduct engagement activities like Rewards & Recognition, celebrations around festivals birthdays etc.
- Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies
- Maintain employee documentation.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
What are we looking at?
- Preferably have a relevant postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline).
- 2-4 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. Preferably in analytic hiring.
- Prior experience on sourcing of job profiles through naukri, LinkedIn is mandatory
- Strong communication skills, business/industry understanding, and negotiation skill
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, channels
- Ability to multi-task and possess a knack for data
- Good communication skills
- Excellent in Interpersonal Skills
