Transition Lead - BPO (10-18 yrs)
Transition Lead
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and articulate Transition strategy and implementation solution to support Client Business objectives
- Lead and manage end to end execution of Global Transition programs in accordance with Transition Methodology and Tollgates
- Define, Monitor and control Integrated Transition Program Plan activities across workstreams Knowledge Transfer, IT Solutions, Quality and SLA, Contract and Change Management
- Establish and drive effective Risk Management framework across the transition lifecycle
- Steer Governance reviews and manage communication across senior client and internal stakeholders
- Motivate and Influence cross functional team members for effective collaboration and problem solving
- Establish effective Program change control
- Invest in building domain understanding of the service area and client industry
Experience and Qualifications :
- 10-18 years overall experience with at least 4-8 years' experience in independently managing complex transitions for global clients in F&A/SCM/Product Support (Hi-Tech). Industry exposure to Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, CPG, Hi-Tech and Healthcare is an advantage
- Knowledge of project Management tools like Microsoft Project Professional/Smartsheet
- Excellent client Interfacing and relationship building skills.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
- Adept in use of Excel and Power Point
- Confidence and ability to work under pressure and time zones as required.
- Strong result orientation and ownership for solving problems
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Exposure to leverage of Process Mining Solutions viz. Celonis would be an advantage
- Industry certification viz PMP, PgMp,Prince2, SCRUM is desirable
- Candidates should have experience in Transitioning Enterprise Services in at least one of the following domains: F&A, Supply chain, O2C, Order management, Customer Experience
