As a Manufacturing manager, You will be managing company's Third Party Manufacturing partners (Contract Manufacturing)

You'll make sure goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities :

- Plan and draw up a manufacturing schedule

- Managing Procurement

- Set the quality standards

- Ensure that the manufacturing will be cost effective

- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed

- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met

- Perform audits at vendor location

- New vendor selection

- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals

Qualifications :

- 7+ Years of Manufacturing experience in Cosmetics / Pharma / FMCG ( Food / Nutraceutical industry)

- Previous experience of managing Contract Manufacturing

- Experienced in Lean Manufacturing

- Experienced in procurement process

- Thorough understanding of WHO-GMP/FSSAI

- Has 2+ yrs. experience in manufacturing shopfloor

- Preferably has worked in AYUSH Industry

- Male Candidates Preferred
