- Develop formulations for a variety of oral dosage and delivery forms (i.e., capsules, tablets, powders, syrups, gummies, chewies, strips, softgel, beadlets etc).

- Scale-up and optimization of manufacturing process; execution of pre-exhibit and exhibit batches; scale up and technology transfer from R&D to production.

- Coordinate and execute bench, pilot, manufacturing scale-up and verification batches independently.

- Plan and contribute to project-related scientific/technical activities (e.g., interpret results, critical assessment of data, draw relevant conclusions, and write reports, extensive literature research of ayurvedic herbs).

- Maintain technical documents including Product Development Report, Quality Overall Summary and other relevant documents for regulatory filing purpose.

- Documentation for rework procedures, Master Formulas, and Batch Production Records Interaction with API manufacturers, CROs and CMOs as needed.

- Work with packaging development team to design packaging for newly developed products. -Should possess knowledge about regulations on supplements for export market.

- Work with Quality Control lab supervisor to review and approve stability protocols, and prepare lab testing samples.

- Work with Purchasing and Regulatory Affairs to qualify vendors and raw materials.

- Monitor, evaluate and summarize results of stability studies.

- Perform process improvement projects and analyze formulas for reformulation based on performance or desired claim.

Key skills :

- Positive, can do attitude! We are looking for someone who has a can do" attitude and is solution oriented.

- You will have achieved a master's degree or equivalent in Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field, with at least five years of industry formulation development experience.

- You would have successfully completed end-to-end formula development delivery with at least 2 products in market.

- You will have the capability to use sound judgment to make decisions, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and to ensure timely completion of projects
