Job Role : Head of Offline Retail (Europe Market)

Job Objective :

-To maximize the productive offline presence of TAE brands/ products across European market and achieve the revenue target of 2 million within first year itself.

- To Identify the offline retailer through which TAE will sell its goods in Europe

- Define strategy in terms of Commercial Structures/ Commissions to be shared with these players

- To reach out, establish connects with such players, do relevant meetings, and establish partnerships/ensure TAE products are available through with these players

- Evaluate and present case for whether TAE should have its own fully owned stores in Europe

Qualifications / Past Experience / Requirements :

- 5 plus years of experience in the offline retail industry dealing with Large Retailers from India / Europe / US

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Preferably from a skincare, personal care, FMCG background

- Varied Educational degrees will be accepted by premier institutions and flagship/ mainstream courses are definitely a plus point.

- Diversity of experience in terms of roles, geographic location, and strong understanding of global business / cross border communications would be much appreciated.
